To ensure everything runs smoothly for your visit, here are some helpful policies and tips: DEPOSITS Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your total. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable. RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS• * Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or less of your appointment, a 50% fee will apply. For appointments booked with a deposit, the deposit is nonrefundable. This includes no-shows or no-calls. * Frequent Changes: Multiple cancellations or reschedules may result in loss of booking privileges. Thank you for understanding! These policies ensure I can provide the best service to all clients. LATE ARRIVALS Arriving on time is key to ensuring you get the full, fabulous experience! If you’re late, I won’t be able to extend your appointment, and the full service fee still applies. If you’re 10+ minutes late, I may need to reschedule, and cancellation fees could apply. Nonrefundable deposits will also be forfeited. PRE-CARE & AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS Proper preparation helps you get the most out of your treatment! These can be found in your confirmation email. If forms aren’t submitted ahead of time, we’ll need to use your appointment time to complete them, and the session cannot be extended. If you cannot locate your forms, let me know. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Your safety and comfort are my top priorities! I may need to refuse service if there are any health or safety concerns, including: Lice, Skin infections or open wounds, Contagious illnesses, Disrespectful or disruptive behavior By booking an appointment, you’re agreeing to these policies and any applicable fees.
