Take a moment to become familiar with our policies. DEPOSITS Deposits are nonrefundable and is applied towards your appointment. RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made 24-hours or less before an appointment will incur a 50% fee. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is non-refundable. This includes no-show & no call. Reschedules made within 24-hours or less will result in collection of a new deposit. Multiple reschedules/cancellations may result in the client losing their privileges. LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving late will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for paying for the full service. Clients arriving 10+ minutes after their scheduled time will not be seen, and the cancellation fee may apply. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is nonrefundable. The forms can be found in your confirmation email. Failure to complete your forms prior will result into using your appointment time to complete and your appointment will not be extenders accommodate. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Safety is a top priority. As such, The Fabulous Esty reserves the right to refuse services to anyone if I feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness, or rude/obnoxious behavior. Booking an appointment with The Fabulous Esty means that you have read and understood these policies, and that you consent to the fees that will be incurred.
